Caps and gowns

The Oak Hall website is experiencing some technical difficulties. You will be notified when the issued has been resolved. Please be sure to use your @uncc.edu email address.
Summer 2024 graduates may place an online order with Oak Hall for their cap and gown, beginning Monday, August 5, at 8:00 a.m. through Friday, August 16. Scroll to the bottom of Oak Hall’s web page and click “Let’s Get Started.” Please note, the button for “Fine Quality Doctoral Ordering” is only for Doctorial candidates.
There is no cost for your cap/gown (and hood, if applicable), however shipping will be charged with an online order. You will also have an opportunity to pick up your cap and gown at the campus bookstore in November.
Doctorial candidates have the option to purchase custom regalia.
Honor cords for Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude will be available for purchase. Please contact the campus bookstore (bookstore@charlotte.edu) with any questions.
December 2024 ceremony and ticket information will be sent through your UNC Charlotte email account in mid-October.
