Graduate Ceremony Information

Additional ceremony check-in information will be shared with graduates closer to commencement.

• Please be advised that only graduating students and commencement personnel are permitted in the commencement assembly and seating areas and may participate in the commencement procession and ceremony. If a personal assistant is required as a disability accommodation, please contact the Office of Disability Services.
• Please review the clear bag policy. Backpacks, umbrellas and balloons are not permitted.
• Graduating students are required to have a UNC Charlotte student ID card or mobile ID in order to enter the graduate area. If you do not have a valid UNC Charlotte ID card, please follow the instructions on how to download a mobile ID.
